Where: 85 Kenmare Street, NYC (between Cleveland and Mulberry Street)
- Small hole-in-the-wall sushi place, random for upscale Nolita
- Not authentic at all — traditional Japanese-American fare
- In these situations, I stick with the cooked stuff, although that probably guarantees nothing — I got the Eel Boy, because I’m an Eel Girl — 4 pieces of Eel sushi and an Eel maki roll for $12.50!
- Cheap and sort of clean — you have to go through the kitchen to go to the bathroom — try not to stare too hard
