Where: 11 Madison Avenue (between 24th and 25th)

  • I never would have thought that I would be saying this, but it was worth every penny of the $225 per person price tag
  • Included 14 courses, plus granola to take home and a home-made popsicle from the food cart guy. All of the food leaned towards the savory
  • It was the first time where deconstruction was done right (unlike most instances, where people shouldn’t have messed with something that was pretty good to begin with). Each dish was small and painstakingly intricate, such a beautiful thing to see. Each bite introduced a different taste you weren’t expecting. Yes… I know I sound like a douche, but that’s how it was
  • The service was spot-on; it was attentive without being stuffy. There were so many staff on the floor but all worked seamlessly together. All of the attention is a bit creepy if you’re not used to such things
